Apple Cider Vinegar is traditionally taken as a liquid shot, often diluted in water because of its sharp acidity. BHB salts, meanwhile, are commonly sold as capsules or powders mixed into drinks. BurnTide combines both into a chewable gummy instead.
The upside is obvious: no vinegar taste, no swallowing capsules, no mixing a drink. A gummy is objectively easier to remember and more pleasant to take daily, which matters for any supplement where consistency is the main driver of results.
The trade-off is what it takes to make a stable, palatable gummy: corn syrup, cane sugar, and other binding agents. BurnTide's label lists 2g of total sugar per gummy, including 1g of added sugar. That's a small amount in isolation, but it's a real trade-off compared to a sugar-free capsule or an unsweetened ACV shot.
If the format itself is the main reason a liquid or capsule version never worked for you, the gummy format solves a real problem. If you're specifically trying to minimize added sugar, it's worth weighing that against the convenience gain.
