BurnTide's Supplement Facts panel lists a "Proprietary Blend" of 525mg, naming Apple Cider Vinegar and three BHB salt forms (calcium, magnesium, sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate) as its contents. What it doesn't do is break that 525mg down into individual amounts for each ingredient.
Combining ingredients into a single "proprietary blend" figure is a widespread practice in the supplement industry, often framed as protecting a formula from competitors. Whatever the reason, the practical effect for a buyer is the same: you know the total weight of the active ingredients, but not the ratio between them.
That matters more for some ingredient pairs than others. Here, it means we can't tell you whether BurnTide leans more heavily on ACV or on its BHB salts, which is relevant because the research behind each ingredient looks at them separately, usually at doses well above what a 525mg combined total could provide for one ingredient alone.
If the exact ratio matters to your decision, we'd suggest treating BurnTide as "some ACV plus some BHB" rather than assuming either ingredient is present at a research-backed dose on its own. That's not unique to BurnTide, but it's worth going in with clear eyes about what a combined blend figure does and doesn't tell you.
